1. Introduction

This page lists the Sub-processors that Secure Agentics Ltd engages to deliver its Services. We maintain Article 28 contracts (or equivalent) with each Sub-processor and review them at least annually. Material changes are notified to customers at least 30 days in advance.

At launch, the Secure Agentics Hosted Backend operates in three regions selected by the customer at sign-up: UK (London, eu-west-2), EU (Ireland, eu-west-1) and US (us-east-1 / us-west-2). The Sub-processors below are listed against the regions in which they operate.

2. Product Sub-processors — Hosted Backend

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL

Purpose: Cloud compute, storage and networking for UK and EU customers. Region: UK (London), EU (Dublin). Transfer mechanism: UK–EU adequacy.

Amazon Web Services, Inc.

Purpose: Cloud compute, storage and networking for US-region customers. Region: US (Virginia / Oregon). Transfer mechanism: EU-US Data Privacy Framework + UK Extension; UK IDTA + EU SCCs Module 2/3 in fallback.

3. Product Sub-processors — Alerting

Slack Technologies LLC (Salesforce, Inc.)

Purpose: Delivery of real-time security alerting notifications to customer-designated Slack workspaces. Region: United States. Transfer mechanism: EU-US Data Privacy Framework + UK Extension; UK IDTA + EU SCCs Module 2 in fallback.

Discord, Inc.

Purpose: Delivery of real-time security alerting notifications to customer-designated Discord servers. Region: United States. Transfer mechanism: EU-US Data Privacy Framework + UK Extension; UK IDTA + EU SCCs Module 2 in fallback.

4. Corporate Sub-processors

Webflow, Inc.

Purpose: Corporate website hosting, CMS and form capture. Region: United States. Transfer mechanism: EU-US Data Privacy Framework + UK Extension; UK IDTA + EU SCCs Module 2 in fallback.

CookieYes Limited

Purpose: Cookie consent management for the corporate website. Region: European Union. Transfer mechanism: UK–EU adequacy.

Prighter Group

Purpose: Article 27 EU Representative service. Region: European Union (Austria). Transfer mechanism: Not applicable (within EEA).

5. EU Representative

Under Article 27 EU GDPR, Secure Agentics has appointed Prighter Group as its EU Representative.

6. Notification of Changes

Customers are notified at least 30 days before a new Sub-processor is added or replaced, by email to the account's notified contact and by updating this page. Customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
